1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the UniqueU Boutique website and placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you have any questions, we’re always happy to help!

2. Products, Pricing & Payment

Currency: All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Taxes are applied at checkout where required.

Accuracy: We strive for accuracy, but we reserve the right to modify prices, descriptions, or availability at any time.

Payment: Full payment is required before production begins for all custom orders.

3. Custom & Personalized Orders

Personalized items are crafted specifically for you and are Final Sale.

Design Approval: A digital proof may be provided at our discretion for complex designs. For simpler cases, production may begin without a proof to ensure a faster turnaround.

Accuracy: You are responsible for verifying all spelling, dates, and design details. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

Order Changes: Changes may be requested within 12 hours of placing your order, provided production hasn't started.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Address Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Additional fees may apply for packages returned due to incorrect addresses.

Tracking: Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase

Non-Personalized Items: May be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition.

Personalized Items: These are non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged, is defective, or does not match your approved design.

Damaged Items: Please report damaged items within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you promptly.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

6. Product Care

To keep your items looking their best, please wash inside out in cold water and avoid high-heat drying. Damage due to improper care (such as high heat) does not qualify as a manufacturing defect.

7. Fair Use & Dispute Protection

Refund Abuse: We reserve the right to limit service for repeated refund requests outside of our policies.

Communication: We encourage you to reach out to us directly to resolve any issues. By shopping with us, you agree to contact us for a resolution before filing a payment dispute or chargeback.

8. Intellectual Property & Usage

All designs and content belong to UniqueU Boutique. Purchasing a product does not grant rights to reproduce, resell, or use the designs commercially without our written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
